Saviance technologies-Hiring funda

Hi All,

I want to let you know about the hiring process of so called mid size company SAVIANCE TECHNOLOGIES.
This company is situated in Gurgaon and will treat you as servant. They have specialization in making fools to the candidates and the so called HRs (esp, AVP_HR) with their particular vendor ANONYM CONSULTANTS (Gaurav & Saurabh) makes your life pathetic. 

The same has been faced by me and I want to let you know the same situation and please beware of this fraud company. They are not only cheat but have excellence in all the manipulations. 

I am a Sharepoint developer by profession and Anonym consulatant  called me for the opportunity which was with Savinace Tech. Next day AVP HR called me for F2F round and they wanted me join in 1 day.

I took a leave from my busy schedule and went before the time which was scheduled at 12PM on 31st Dec'2013. I waited for three hours till 3PM and there was not even a single round. I waited there for three hours and the MD (Rohit Mahajan) was so busy that he could not spare 5mins of his busy schedule. (I hope next time Saviance will compete with hp/TCS/TWC/Infosys...) LOLs...

Nobody from the company took the initiative even to inform that the MD is so busy that he could not even meet today. I called this consultant  and he told that there will be no rounds now you can leave for the day.

After five days, I wrote a mail to follow up on this event and the vendor answered that had you waited there for five hours and then hiring process would have been completed on the same day.

Also, I followed up with the AVP HR and got to hear that the position was on hold. But I could see on one of the job portals that the position is till vacant and the new post for the same has been released. 

GUYS please beware of this fraud Consultant with his client as they all will make you fool by saying the urgent joining...

PLEASE BEWARE !!!
